: For me, the strong point of this accommodation is the very welcoming and friendly owners, always asking if everything was ok and willing to help. The apartment is tidy and has everything you need to spend a few days in Ayia Napa. The location is close to several bars and restaurants, which can be a bit noisy at night, but it is great for doing everything on foot or by bus. I recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to enjoy the city in a welcoming location. And thanks for the delicious watermelon!

: Sweetest hosts ever! Maria left us fresh fruit, water, and homemade sweets every day. The couple is so nice and helpful, they make you feel at home!The flat is spacious and well maintained.
: Unfortunately, we did not realise it was in the middle of loud nightclubs, so it was a bit noisy for us. However, Maria and her husband were extremely nice to swap our accommodation with a flat facing the back of the building, which solved the problem.

: Everything was great, the hosts are two wonderful people, they have helped me with all questions (about a beach, bus stops, how to commute to the airport etc.). They are there for you a whole day. Also, the apartment was clear with everything you need inside (towels, shampoo, hairdryer..) and fresh homemade cookies everyday. It is near to night clubs and from the central square, where is the bus stop for a beach (Nissi, Fyg tree..) and also for the airport. Many restaurants and cafes are near that square.

The room itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!
