WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 6 years old to 12 years old stay for € 15 per person per stay when using an existing bed.
People 13 years old and over stay for € 20 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
This property may host on-site functions and some rooms may be affected by noise.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the property has no 24/7 reception, therefore guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their expected arrival time.

Guests arriving on a late flight and checking in after 20:00, are strongly advised to take a taxi from Larnaca Airport or request the property to pre-book a taxi for them.

Please let Nissi 49 Apartments know in advance, if you need daily cleaning at an extra cost.You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property.

Please keep in mind that in case of any damages or missing items in the property, extra charges will apply.

Please note that early check-in is subject to availability. Extra charges apply for late check-out.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. If smoking smell is detected, a penalty fee will be charged.

Guests should take extra care so as not to bring any sand in the apartment and the hydromassage facilities. They should also avoid leaving any food as it may attract insects.

Cleaning service and towels are provided upon check-in. If you require additional cleaning, it can be arranged at additional charge between 11:00 and 14:30.
