No special conditions apply for groups.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 5 per person per night when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please inform Villa Marrika in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that 25% deposit must be paid via bank transfer. After the booking is made, Villa Marrika will contact guests for further details.

Kindly note that electricity up to 200 KWh per week is provided free of charge. Further consumption comes at extra charge and costs EUR 0.30 per KWh, to be deducted from the deposit.
