  : The owner (an elderly lady)is very friendly, despite the language barrier we manage to communicate. Also the pool and jacuzzi were fun when they were open.
  : I would say the main problem with that place is lack of care. So when you're in touch with the owner on booking.com, you're not really talking to the person that will be handing you the keys. It's a daughter or grandaughter? I don't know.The actual owner who's there 24/7 is an elderly lady, lovely woman but she doesn't speak English so if that's the only language you speak then it might take you a while to check in or ask for something you need.We had an apartment for 6 people which is upstairs and here is where the problems start.During my trip I have read the comments about this place that were written months ago and people were complaining about the same things, easy fixes but so frustrating. No one has done ANYTHING about them and that is what I mean by the lack of care. Example? Let's start with coming into the apartment. You grab the door handle and it stays in your hand! Just like that... or even worse. Falls on the floor which causes minor hear attack to everyone in the apartment.Next and probably THE MOST ANNOYING thing is the fridge. Oh my God... It is almost impossible to close the door of that fridge. It requires multiple attempts to actually close the door and now think about how many times you need to open the fridge during one day and then add 5 minutes to close the door every single time. Again, super easy fix. Probably something with the hinges but nothing has been done. The batteries in the clock that is hanging on the wall, the toilet desk that is a bit off, etc.The pool that was supposed to be open everyday from 8am but it was always around 10-11 because there was a cleaning robot that was never taken out on time.

  : One of the worst hosts we've ever seen. The owner is soo sensitive and doesn't give you any space. You have the feeling that she is always behind your back and watching every single move of yours. The pool has soo many restrictions that you can't do. When you read those restrictions, it makes you think about what you can actually do. During the day you can't even talk normally and have fun in the pool. Whenever we "exceeded" her very sensitive limits, which honestly speaking for a normal human being is not hard to do. She came threatening us with her dog and police. The tipping point was the last night of our stay when she called her son. When he arrived in black Mercedes, he carried a gun with him. IT WAS SUCH A TERRIFYING EXPERIENCE THAT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING IN THIS APARTMENT TO MY WORST ENEMY. AT THE END THE WORST THING WAS THAT OUR VACATION WAS COMPLETELY DESTROYED, BECAUSE OF THE OWNER'S PERSONALITY.

  : the owner is atleast nice
  : the room is crazy small, you step 2x and you are on the bwd and thats all you can do is lay down.. its so crammed we cant even place our things inside the cabinet. I didn't know thay there wont be a house keeping nor were we provided another set of towels after staying for couple of days.. else the stay was okay. just too small as i thought it would be.

  : we were charged more then $400 per night at this property. for this kind of money one expects a certain class property. this was not it. the bathrooms are old and small - doors in both showers were broken. beds are old and mattresses even older. the couch is a disaster for sleeping. you need to do better if you charge people serious money.

  : Swiming pool and jacuzzi was really great. Location for us was also good as it was 5min by car or 30 min walk to the beach but we mostly enjoyed the mountains that were literally behind the property. The house is older but the place was clean. The owner is very nice lady. We enjoyed our stay.
  : Very soft mattress in bedroom. Jacuzzi had been cleaned and was not in use for 3 days which was a bit disappointed. But otherwise it was nice place and would come back again.
