  : I like the location, since it was on the beach.
  : Advertiser shows images of multiple properties and leads you to believe that its a beachfront property with sea views. That is not the case if you rent the 3 bedroom. Mattress had giant urine stains. Kitchen was lacking basic utensils. not cleaned well.

  : Pictures on the web doesn't much with the stage of the Apartment, all the furniture are destroy and very old, shattered wall paint, missing a wall heater with the pipes in sight, bathroom rusty and super old . bedroom with very soft mattress and curtains broken . Kitchen with nt enough cooking tools plates , oven not working not coffee machine when we arrived , sofa full of stains , tv very small and old , terrace furniture very old and very bad maintained . Main door lock doesn't work properly . Not worth the price for the value.

  : The apartment was on the other side of the railroad tracks than advertised. The electronic key is a nightmare: - one always has to carry the smartphone - roaming has to be activated - we were afraid the system wouldnt let us back in The WiFi password given by the company was wrong. The service on solving that issue lazy and uninterested

  : It is a spacious apartment.
  : We were given a change of address when we got off of the plane which caused confusion. The window shutters did not work in the appartment. The door handles in the rooms were faulty and my daughter was trapped in the bathroom. This caused a lot of distress. The veranda doors in the bedroom didn't lock. There weren't enough pots in the kitchen to cook with. The appartment was very over priced. I would recommend booking with another company to get more value for money.

  : On the Beachside. Several Beachside restaurants. Grocery store 5 minute walk. Bardalona center and shops about a 20 minute walk. Bus stops at end of parking lot. Metro about a 15 minute walk. But next time I will look into staying in Gothic Quarter. Alot more tourist friendly hotels.
  : The Property Management company, Alcam started off on a good note. They are not clear until after you arrive that you must go to their central office to sign agreement. An added extra step not too convenient for tourist with luggage. They allowed us to store luggage since we arrived before check in so we could site see a little. That was nice. They called us a taxi and we were on our way. Entrance to apartment building and apt was thru an app they had us download.Upon arrival we settled in & we went to dinner. When we got back soon after it was dark we decided to go look at the pool area but noticed the door was locked to exit. It was 10p so we decided it was too late to call mgnt. The next morning we noticed the bathroom sink had a very slow drain & the shower had mold All along the edges!! I emailed the Alcam thru Booking.com on Monday am & called the office about 3 times until someone answered when we got back from our day touring Tues. I asked what were the instructions to enter the pool. She said there should had been a key on the TV stand. We looked all over and in the drawers and cabinet. She said sometimes the cleaning crew have accidently lost the pool key and that she would let mgnt know to bring a key. I also commented about bathroom sink drain backing up and that the shower could use a better cleaning. She asked if we were checking out the next day. I said no, we were there for the week. Again she said she would have someone bring a key to the apt and look into sending somebody to fix the sink. I left messages and emailed again on Wednesday with no response. I finally decided to send a message with booking.com customer care. For the 1st time I was having trouble with leaving a message w/booking.com because it kept leaving me a robot response and then closing the thread due to "inactivity" after a 2 minute notice of email. Very odd! It has now been 3 days after we checked out.

  : There were a few things that had to be fixed when we arrived, but the people working here were very helpful, all was fixed and in the end we really enjoyed our stay. The building is right on the beach, it's a really nice view. There is a railway behind the house, but it's not very loud, and doesn't run at night..The apartment is older, so some things are a bit worn out, but we found it overall comfortable and were happy to have spend a week here. WiFi is good, there is a lot light, and it's generally quiet at that time of the year.
