: the beach
: the hotel appeared to be a home for senior citizens .. wish we wouldve known that.the sheets were scratchy.The towels were like dish cloths .no amenities in the bathroom.. no soap no Kleenex..no moisture lotion .

: The hotel has been renovated recently. The staff is friendly and the breakfast selection is good. There is also the miniclub for the kids and access direct to the beach

: The hotel itself is more beautiful in the inside (than outside) with contemporary decor, amenities & new elevators, etc.We had trouble finding it with our navigator but once we arrived theres plenty of parking in the property. The food ( breakfast & lunch) was excellent, generous and had many healthy choices including Gluten free.The manager and staff really tried their best to make us feel welcome. The room was very comfortable and we had a great view of the lovely pool area, the olive trees (hence the hotel name) and the beach. They have multiple recreational activities during the day and entertainment at night: the young staff really tried to involve all. The hotel is a good point to visit the more beautiful towns of Gaeta, Sperlonga & archeologic areas. We feel the hotel was very good (perhaps not 4 stars but we would rate it 3.5). The area from the hotel to the beach could be improved. And the buildings surrounding the hotel (not under their control) detract from it and impact your first impression: once inside its much better.Thanks.

: Big rooms for 2+2 family.Nice view from the balcony. Reception employees were very friendly and helpful. We left hotel at 5 am and they asked us to prepare food to go as a breakfest.
