  : It was what we needed for an overnight stay. Breakfast was good enough.
  : Unfortunately, the back window to our van was busted out overnight, & my son’s backpack stolen. Not really the hotel’s fault. They were very helpful in helping us rectify the situation & get going. Lesson learned - leave no bags in the car!

  : The interior was clean.
  : Breakfast was skimpy and did not provide enough to call a meal. The food did not taste fresh. I would not classify this as ‘breakfast’.Security is a HUGE issue! I had over $1k in property stolen from my vehicle. No signage, communication, or action taken by hotel to provide patrol or security over guests and their vehicles. My vehicle was vandalized and items stolen. As travelers, we rely on the hotel to keep us safe. When I reported the theft, the staff did. It seem surprised. Why was this not communicated at check-in & why has the hotel not taken precautions knowing there is a security issue?

  : This place leaves a lot to be desired. We fell for it because of the name "Hilton". We didn't know Hilton doesn't mind its name being attached to a run down subpar and hideous hotel like this, or should we call it inn or hostel.Place was like a one-star. Staff not courteous at all...didn't even feel like or bother to smile....manager was not onsite or could be reached...the ad said continental breakfast but this was only a bagel bar with a WATERED DOWN orange juice! and not hot food.....very noisy and a lot of kids running around...we had two rooms. in one room, our next room had the TV on which was very loud all night...on the other room, someone in the street decided to play michael jackson for 2 hours at 2 am! the place was so bad, we were concerned about leaving our car outside. I asked the security guard the next morning and he said he was at the hotel and shrugged off the issue. the room was soo small and tight, we could hardly fit our luggage. overall, we had a very bad experience there. we will never go back to that spark and think twice before reserving a room at a "Hilton" hotel!

  : the breakfast was very skimpy. Much better breakfast with eggs and waffles at the Radisson. there was no kettle to heat hot water in the room.
