  : Room and facilities very nice
  : Air conditioning for room was not adjustable. A female member of breakfast staff was very rude to us because we could not speak Hungarian. Whilst I would not expect her to speak English (we are after all in her country), I did not expect her very unpleasant attitude nor the fact that she just walked away from our table in a huff because she could not understand us.

  : Best location and very nice and comfortable rooms. The food in the hotel restaurant is perfect and delicious.
  : This was our second stay in this hotel. First Time was perfect, but during our second stay it could be more clean in the swimmingpool area and in our room.

  : The location was great - a short walk from the lake.The room clean.We are allowed to extend our checkout time by an hour, which was kind.
  : We arrived (as pre arranged) around 10:15pm. Reception was the only part of the hotel that was open.We had ordered food (only a main course was on offer) chicken and rice - plated up and left cold in our room. No sauces or condiments. No side salad, or the like.Only two bottles of water available to drink (from the mini-bar) - no coffee/tea, beer etc (although we could have pre ordered a whole bottle of wine)The hotel boasts room service - we found this is only provided during the day.After a long days travel, we felt less than welcome. Certainly not a four star hotel!

  : Area very nice . Quiet room ,quite big. Good food.
  : In SPA many things did not functioned ie 2 saunas out of 4 neither jacuzzi. Cleanliness should be better including balcony and SPA area.

  : The meals package attracted us to the hotel so it is important in our opinion of our stay. Breakfast was quite good with plenty of variety incorporating both hot and cold courses. Dinner was similar but we were a little disappointed with the cooking overall finding a few items overcooked in the mains. Excellent soups providing options we hadnt tasted before (were Australian and were keen to try new tastes). Other than the food we found all the hotel facilities to be in good condition, clean and easy to use eg pool, heated pool and bar.
  : There really wasnt anything about our stay that would stop us from staying at Aura again. The staff were easy to communicate with and met all our demands. It would have been a bonus to have a view of the lake but guess you have to pay more to get that extra.
