  : Room was nice and had everything I needed, bathroom looked recently renovated, bed was comfortable, friendly staff, location was convenient - good budget option if you're going to the Convention Center or an Orioles game.
  : Outside of the room, the hotel felt kind of run down and in need of updating. Location was convenient but not the nicest.

  : There was nothing that we liked! Very disappointed and felt deceived by the online advertising.
  : We tried entering the lobby and had to be "buzzed" in and the front desk was covered in plexiglass. We had to give the receptionist our ID and Credit card through a small opening. We got to our room and it smelled like stale cigarettes and we noticed the window was wide open to air out the room.We decided to walk to inner harbor and soon found ourselves in a very bad part of town, people sleeping on benches and most of the buildings laden with graffiti. We crossed sides of the street three times just to feel safe.We returned to our room around 9pm only to experience frequent chirps of police sirens, loud music and verbal confrontations from the street below. It was very difficult to get to sleep.In the morning at 9am, we went down for breakfast only to discover the breakfast area was a complete mess and no food was available. I went to the front desk and found the attendant asleep in an office chair and with his feet up on the desk wearing no shoes. I asked about the food and he informed me that I had to warm up the eggs and sausage in the microwave. Astonished at his suggestion, I informed him there was no food. He made a phone call and later came out with a tray of eggs and sausage. He wasn't wearing shoes and wasn't wearing any gloves for handling food. Repulsed, we quickly gathered our belongings and left the hotel at 9:30. We left scared by our experience and feel very deceived by the online advertising. We will never return again.

  : I booked a room through booking.com. and decided to pay at the property, however the. Hotel decided to take money out of my account, thankful that I used a card set up for such tricky and they were unable to obtain my money. What's the use of giving the option of paying at the property when they are going to take your money out of your account regardless? Additional when they were unable to get my money they sent me an text message saying to contact the property which I did. At this time I was told that my reservation was CANCELED!! Due to them not being able to obtain the funds for the hotel room, AGAIN WHY PROVIDE THE OPTION OF PAYING AT THE PROPERTY WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!! Ironic Booking.com still had the reservation listed for me as Confirmed. Clearly the two companies communication is messed up. I chose not to to the hotel as I was told by the front desk staff "All the rooms were filled" and they had NO vacancy!!!

  : The hotel was absolutely horrible and dirty. Smelling like smoke and weed.It was so dirty I was afraid to step on the carpet with bare feet. The hall was so hot.Bathroom was dirty and bunch of dust behind night stands.The staff were very rude.The woman was nasty at the reception as well.The breakfast was humiliating and sad. They should be closed right away. I don't understand why is this place still in business.

  : The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was great. I felt safe when I was in the room unlike the outside environment.
  : The room was neither cleaned nor towels changes for the entire length of stay. At least, the rooms should be cleaned every 2-3 days for guests staying longer than a week.
