  : Another’s guests hair scrunchie was left hanging on the light in our room. There was brown/red stains on the bedding. No hand soap left in dispenser. Our keys did not work on second day. No apologies for any of this!

  : When we pulled into the parking lot we were immediately turned off by the sight of the property. We were an hour early for check-in and we waited at the front desk for over ten minutes until someone came down the stairs to the front desk. We asked at that time if we could check-in and was told no immediately they never even try to check for availability or offer a solution. I asked when we could check in was told at 3 pm. I have stayed at a lot of hotels in my life and I have never been told no to early check-in. I have felt like I was bothering the staff just by being in the lobby.We then left and decided to check online if the hotels down the street had availability and they did and we were immediately able to check into our room.

  : If you like the smell of smoke and pot in your room and hallway, this is the hotel for you.
  : I have never stayed at a hotel with the smell of smoke and pot so bad. One guest was actually smoking in the hall. One group of guests were partying in the room with the smell of pot all around the room. The floors with carpet were so gross. The building is from the 1970s and has had no updates except the bathrooms in the rooms. The hotel offered our money back, but the entire town was booked for a concert and we had no other place to go. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone and we were charged $300 for the night. I think the concert had driven up all the prices. Truly regret having to stay there, don’t book here unless you smoke or do pot. PS: The hotel will send someone to your room to spray a lemon air freshener and say the smoke smell has been taken care of. Masking the smell of smoke does not solve the problem. The entire hotel would need to be stripped down to the bones to get rid of the smoke smell.

  : Could tell the mattresses were quite new, and comfy pillows. Pool was fun for kids
  : Place was really run down. Needs a good deep clean on carpets and walls. Room smelt a little like old cigarettes. Outside has seen better days too. Not a good impression when you pull up.

  : The size of the room was big enough.The location met my expectations. The different access to the building helped to solve the lack of elevator when you come with big luggage.
  : I was expecting a better facilities for the price paid. The building is too old and old fashion.The Breakfast had a very poor quality and choices.The Bathroom could be better as it was very old and not too comfortable.WIFI was not too stable.
