  : I think the bathroom needs updating. A shabby bath tub with lots of enamel broken off and some poor paint job to cover up some of them in combination with an (outdated) shower curtain plus the tap almost falling off due to a loose screw is a real let down for the property. Overall it did have the air of lacking "house-pride", i.e. poorly maintained. One of the pictures had dropped put of its frame/alignment, one light in the bedroom was hanging by one side due to broken screen (and broken light bulb)

  : Nice and cozy penthouse with probably best location in Baqueira. it was a great to have the parking included because its not easy to park in the town. kitchen is fully equipped with a good variety of kitchen tools, tableware and different pans and pots.
  : Bath tube paint was cracking down and only 1 toilet paper roll for a whole week. The rest was perfect

  : Hot water runs out at certain points.
