  : Location, availability and interest of improvement of the owner (he asked us a few times to let her know if something needed to be re-cleaned or if something else could be improved => Willingness to improve) and kindness of the owner.
  : Maybe some kitchen appliances (table sheet, kitchen cleaning ball...) could be included in the apartment. Not related to the apartment itself, but too many people in Barbate in July.

  : On the day of arrival, we got apartment in horrible state. I wrote to the owner and the next day he sent the cleaning lady. Cleaning made it beareble to stay, but far far from pleasent. Although he claims that sofa and matresses are new they are of such bad quality. Apartment is in desperate need of DEEP cleaning, not one part of it is livable. Based on reviews I think that this is their modus operandi, have it neglected until somebody complains, then send the cleaning lady and come out as a hero. I would stay far away from it, not worth the money or the stress.(Cant wait for passive agressive reply from the owner as seen below with others)

  : Location was perfect with lovely sea views.
  : Sofa bed needs replacing as it was not comfortable at all, bad night sleep. Funny smell in the kitchen.
