  : We liked the location and the ease of getting belongings from the car to the room. We also liked that there was dedicated space for two suitcases. Most places only have one. The pillows were also nice.
  : There was a musty smell walking into the lobby but the room didn't have that smell. The bed was incredibly soft - I love a soft bed, but this was too soft. And the thin sheets were awful. They were either worn out or super cheap. Whoever made the bed had the mattress pad on so poorly there was a crunchy tag just below the pillow and the thin sheet did nothing to mitigate it. Breakfast was meh. I stayed in the Holiday Inn Express in Richmond Indiana which was an outstanding stay. You wouldn't know these two locations belonged to the same company.

  : The breakfast was very yummy and the hotel room itself was very spacious. I also liked the choice of complementary soaps offered in the shower/sink.
  : We were charged $250 at the beginning of the stay and the app stated it said it was going to be reimbursed on check out. When I asked the staff about it they had no idea what I was talking about. There was also a few minor things wrong in our room, the handle broke our on toilet, the tv was super outdated and there was hardly any channels, and the room stayed very humid and even with the ac blaring it didn’t get better.

  : Location was great. Breakfast bar was well stocked and clean.
  : Traveling with family of 4. The room only had 2 sets of bath towels. We requested more but never got them. My husband had to go to the front desk to get a blanket and sheets for our granddaughters. The coffee maker only had decaf coffee available and one packet with creamer. The room was just poorly stocked for the reservation with a family of 4. The pool was closed all weekend, and the staff was not super helpful. Had we known, we would have chosen a different location. This Holiday Inn did not live up to what we have come to expect from our other stays at similar hotels. It was a disappointment.

  : The property was clean and spacious. It was a far drive but had a lot of places close by to eat and shop.
  : I didn’t get the room I was expecting. Also they did not have enough towels and bedding for the room. We had 4 people but towels for two. We were instructed to come back the next day to get towels and washcloths because they were all being used.
