  : Location was perfect, thats about all.
  : Spiral small narrow staircase, which for a woman to lift 20 kilos of luggage was a struggle and carrying it down was suicidal.We stayed 8 days with no towel change.No floor towel supplied for shower.Kettle had calcium built up which gave a oily surface on the water.No tea or coffee supplied.No supply of shower gel or shampoo Very noisy throughout the night

  : Terrible experience. Starting from the host who arrived smoking and barely spoke a word of English. The pictures has nothing to do with the apartment - there's no amenities so it's not really a flat, it's a big room, old Either Wifi, TV and AC worked... The noise outside is horrible and you cannot sleep with the windows open or close them cause it's extremely hot even in early June. Everything is broken and old and very dirty, I found hair in the drain and the walls are missing half the paint. Also you better be in good shape to be able to climb the tinny stairwell that gets you to the "flat".

  : Dirty, no equipment, no service at all. No luggage watch eventough its mentioned in the description. Owner does not speak any language, no english no german, nothing.

  : The location
  : An issue with hot water, smell in the room, no heating during May, but the weather was still cold and rainy outside. Even the host confirmed that the problem with water was resolved, it was impossible to take a shower, very hot water is changing with cold for seconds. And it took a long time for chatting and explaining the issue, by wazz up, nobody even answering that they are working on the issue. Just after my call somebody answered. No coffee or breakfast.

  : Location in the Old Town of Bari. Air conditioner.
  : Narrow spiral staircase, we were on second floor. Impossible with luggage. Dirty mouldy shower position of toilet too close to sink Loose basin on broken shelf No clean towels or bed linen for a 8 night stay No Wifi, although advertised as having it, Unable to contact owner although tried to several times. No fridge very noisy area. No coffee maker as advertised, just a kettle. Terrible TV reception.

  : The location in the old city was great.
  : Unable to communicate with the host. The room was accessed via an entrance and circular staircase. When you entered the entrance there were several floor tiles removed and a plumbing pit exposed which attracted 100's of flying bugs and a terrible smell. On ce you got into the room it was clean and towels etc were provided. We were expecting somewhere to sit as advertised however there was a bed and small refrigerator only. The electricity plug on one side of the bed was broken. We had to unplug the refrigerator to boil the kettle. There was one coffee cup provided for both of us. I rang the host who told me to message them via whatsapp which I did. I asked for a cup however we did not receive a reply. There was no mattress protector on the bed and the sheets were too small for the bed. Very disappointed.
