  : Location is great, near the central station and at a short distance from Bari Vecchia (around 20 min by foot). Bed was comfortable, the apartment was clean.
  : The pipes, the drains and the toilets make an extremely loud machine noise during some minutes after they've been used, as water seems to be pulled back up after each use. It's also happens very loudly in the neighbor apartments, which seems to be something with the pumping system of the building. So if someone in the neighbor apartment decides to take a shower early in the morning or late in the night you'll definitely wake up.Also, as other people commented on prior reviews, they offer you at the check in to cancel the reservation on Booking so they would cancel the charge for the towels, which for me seems a very shady practice.

  : impossible to find. No signage. air conditioner not working. broken spring in mattress. reception staff unhelpful and not located in the building

  : Very nice staff, spacious room, good location. I have left MacBook in the room after checkout and staff immediately alarmed me about it. Thank you!
  : Door lock was quite hard to use, you have to learn how to use it, some practice needed / view from terrace on photos is quite misleading and there is a lot of unnecessary stuff on terrace like painting cans etc / asking for booking cancellation to not pay extra 5 eur for bed linen and towels is quite shady practice. I saw these practices in places that wanted be presented on booking but were afraid of negative reviews. Everything quite outdated but not so bad.
