Policies

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 12 per person per stay when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 17.85 per person or bring their own.
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
Dear guests, we would like to point out that the new construction of the Barther Hafenquartier will probably be implemented by mid-2024. Although the investor and the construction company making the effort to keep the impairment caused by the construction work as low as possible, increased noise levels can be expected from time to time in the course of the work. We apologize if there is any inconvenience.
