  : Management held back financial benefits to getting your first breakfast cheaper but only if you paid for it when you checkin before midnightA good receptionist would say oh by the way if you pay for your first breakfast now its 9.95 but in morning it will be 12.95. They just said to me it says it all on your printed sheet stood up in your room but my point is what about the courtesy it was almost like a form of dishonesty.Same with booking an eve meal I went to receptionist who told me 3 course meal is 15.00 but she then sent me into restaurant to book the time and that lady said meal will cost you 20.00 and I said reception told me 15 so I went back and asked reception while the meal suddenly went up by 5 and she said its because you booked your meal with the restaurant lady and not with me and I then said but you told me to go see her for the booking and I then said how dishonest of you to knowingly do that to me and she then let me have the 15 meal deal, which displeased the restaurant lady !!!!But again receptionist said it says it all on the printed info sheet in your room !!Please read between the lines here !!

  : So hot, hotter than outside I had a dog who wouldnt climb the stairs which is a short cut to the room so went in the lift but my bags and soft dog crate got stuck in the four ways

  : The staff were fantastic the hotel was beautiful the rooms were clean
  : There was no pressure in the shower and the water was freezing so couldn't shower before leaving

  : It was a great location, quiet hotel.
  : There were left over clippings of hair in the sink from the previous guest, there was no warning given about the shower and the difficulty of getting the shower to become hot. The breakfast service was lacking with no offer of coffee or tea at the table or advising that coffee is only available at the machines.
