  : The only thing we liked about this place was that the management and the check in clerks tried to fix the problem. They made sure we had a room on the 1st floor after explaining that I couldn't climb stairs.
  : To begin with, the entire hotel smells like cigarettes. The room they switched us to from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor had not been cleaned. Then we were switched to a smaller room with a single bed, which we worked with. However, that room was just as dirty and after spending the night in that room we realized there were roaches in the room. After complaining, we were being switched back to the other 1st floor room. But, yet again, it didn't matter because that room, too, had roaches. After spending 2 nights in a hotel with roaches, we knew we would not be able to go anywhere else unless we wanted to unleash that plague onto some other hotel. So we decided to stay and pray we don't bring them back with us. The health inspector really needs to look into this place because we don't believe that the cleaning staff is doing their job.

  : It was dirty. Found underwear left on the side of the bed from the last guest. Couldnt get the tv volume to work whenever the show was playing but it definitely worked whenever voice control was on, asked front desk for help and they said thats just how it is.
