  : Everything else, damp musty smelling room, threadbare 10 yr old towels, condensation on the windows !No customer service or after care when I have emailed them politely to raise some concerns about the room and lack of communication.No privacy with people looking into our room as we had a courtyard/cellar room.Could not park in the recommended parking site at first as it was so busy due to the bath half marathon, eventually got a space an hour or so later after going round the car park repeatedly.We were only told about the bath half marathon after we had paid and after the cut of date for a refund, very convenient!!Would have had to get up at 7.30am to get car out of car park before 9am as roads were closed around the car park due to the marathon, that's not a relaxing night sleep?Overall a absolute nightmare anniversary stay and a complete lack of understanding from the hosts who have not answered my last 2 emails which is disgusting.They have got our money so they could not care less , that's how it seems at the moment.I have been to bath many times and have always had pleasant stays and always had value for money and never complained but to be treated with utter contempt because I dared email these people with the faults we found which they completely brushed off is utterly amazing and no way to treat paying customers and at 145.00 for the night ( not including breakfast) I would expect a lot better service.

  : The location was great for seeing the Royal Crescent and for the Abbey. We were in Bath for a concert. The bed was so comfortable with really soft sheets. We had the basement room and it felt like our own apartment. The patio area was handy too. Would stay again
  : The shower didnt have much power but it was functional. Otherwise all good

  : Fantastic location and a lovely view from our window. Very clear check in and parking recommendations as well which was much appreciated on the day.
  : Nothing - great place and we would stay again. Lots of stairs up to the room being on the top floor which we were fine with.
