  : Great location and lovely landlords. The only complaint is it is a little cold due to being a listed building and having single-glazed windows.

  : The proximity to central Bath was good and the supermarket just around the corner was useful. The sofabed was easy to put up.
  : The shower door was damaged (one of the rollers had been removed / fallen off) and needed to be forced to shut. The shower rail was held together with gaffer tape. The main bed was very uncomfortable and sagging in the middle, so neither of us slept well. The windows in the bedroom were damaged and would not fully shut. Cleanliness was not up to standard throughout with all the furniture stained (sofas, cushions, throws and pillows). The walls in the lounge were badly damaged where the sofa was positioned.

  : I was disappointed to read the reviews saying back a few years to find that upon arrival they hadn't taken any other of them into account and fixed the issues. I kind of assumed they would have by now.It was dirty, dusty and loads of cobwebs. Don't walk on floor bare foot as feet will be black from dirt Sofa had dried snot on it and many stains Bed was itchy and mattress is still sinking Half painted doorsShower door rollers don't even sit in the slider properly and were not even fixed inAir vent didn't work and covered in a thick layer of dustSmall sink in bathroom didn't drain properly so whatever you do don't leave the tap runningCan't use oven as can't even open the door fully unless you move furniture Blood on walls Wifi didn't work Light bulbs out and missing ones as wellSuch a shame for a place in a great location as the work needed to be done would make this place a lot better and would warrant the price

  : The breakfast basket was very generous and I appreciated the toiletries. Both beds were very comfortable and the flat was very attractively decorated. There was a supermarket only a few minutes walk away.
  : A tin opener would have been handy especially as there was a tin of baked beans in the basket. Would have preferred bread to croissants to go with eggs and baked beans. No bedding for the sofa bed...the topper made it more comfortable but blanket too small for my son and eiderdown too heavy to sleep under. All easily remedied and I would definately stay again if my son gets a place at Bath Spa University .

  : Lovely flat, really well decorated and was super comfy and clean! We were sent clear instructions on how to pick up keys, parking etc which made the whole process really easy. Also loved the breakfast basket, was such a nice touch and made our lives so much easier. Thanks!
  : Only slight negative was that the kitchenware was not very clean so had to wash everything up before we used it.
