  : We chose this hotel for its central location In Bath. We were no more than a 5 minute walk from the city centre, and had off road parking for our car. The room had recently been refurbished and the beds were very comfortable.

  : Just a little difficulty with the shower temp but then decided to take a bath and that was nice and hot.

  : Great location - 5-10 minutes to city centre but its on a quieter road. Very comfortable, nicely decorated room. A nice and welcoming place.
  : Generally really happy with things but the shower got cold a bit too quickly on one morning.

  : We stayed in the 2-bedroom self-catering cottage called Carriage House. The cottage is double-storey, with a separate lounge and kitchen downstairs and 1 x double room & 1 x twin room upstairs. The rooms were nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable and the linen was good quality. It was nice to have a second bathrom downstairs. Both bathrooms were very modern and the water pressure in the showers was good. We didn't use the kitchen for anything other than making tea, but it seemed to have everything you would need for a self-catering stay. The garden is really pretty and it was nice to sit out there and have a glass of bubbles after a long day walking around Bath. The hotel is really close to the centre of town - about a 7 minute walk from the Roman Baths across a lovely bridge with great views of Pulteney Bridge and the weir. The hosts were very welcoming and looked after our luggage after we checked out because our train was only in the evening.
  : It would be nice if they could return to offering a cooked breakfast like they did in pre-Covid times. We would have eaten breakfast there if they did.

  : Very large room with three beds, kitchenette, and toilet/shower room. Not really suitable for a single user, this is really a self catering room for three. although sandwiched between the railway on one side and the main road on the other the room was very quiet, and warm.
  : For 117 breakfast is not included, decor is dated (although in this room there has been an effort to decorate it, so it's probably a matter of taste). Parking is limited most of the spaces being occupied by the other guests who I understand were contract workers. Public areas are frowsty and uncared for. I slept badly because the bed was damp, it had not been aired properly, and the lights on the kitchenette fridge, microwave etc were so bright they illuminated the room. Although the property is very close to the centre of Bath as the crow flies, it's a significant walk (on the flat) to get there.
