  : The hotel is very very well located, 10min walk from the main train station and in the middle of Leisure so it is literally a short walking distance to any hot spots. Affordable knowing it was during school breaks and booked 1 month prior only. Haven't tried the breakfast over there, but by the look of it good and decent selection in the morning.Would happily come back if there are update on the bedding
  : The mattresses are just horrible, with my partner we had a massive back pain after the first night and for the rest of the stay. It was like sleeping on the ground not comfy at all... The first time we came, we didn't have this issue, mattress not the best but the quality wasn't that bad.Once again, the connection between Phone and TV didn't work, we were told by the reception Staff that it was working this time, but i guess not, not much of an impact but disappointed

  : Well functioning hotel. All clean and new. Staff nice and efficient. Great location.
  : The room is so small that you are never more than 3 metres from the toilet, which some couples might find awkward.

  : Great location and clean.
  : Bathroom isn’t very private so make sure you’re very comfortable with whoever you’re staying with. Bed very uncomfortable and was slanted so we sloped down to the left slightly as we slept.

  : Good environment. Clean atmosphere. Friendly staff, smooth check-in. But I'd appreciate it if they kept hand wash and room spray apart from this, Everything was awesome. It's worth the cost. A/C is
  : They kept only one water bottle for 2 of us. We ran out of water in the middle of the night

  : Room was small but fine for 1 night. Bed was comfortable, shower excellent. Blackout blind was good for light mornings. Very clean. Right in the centre for shops and restaurants. It is next to Zizzis if you are struggling to find it.
  : We had paid in January and bought the card we paid with. We are UK nationals. Picture ID was requested on check in. We have stayed in many hotels in the UK and have never been asked for this before, we dont carry picture ID . It created awkwardness at check in. The manager had to be asked if it was ok for us to stay. I can see that this is requested on t+cs. I can not see the rationale for this.
