  : The property is really clean and compact. The kitchen is really well equipped with everything you need. I was very impressed at just how close the property is to the beach. 5 of us stayed at the property and we had plenty of room and plenty of hot water ( which Is a must when you have been surfing or building sand castles all day). As a mum of two small children, the washing machine and dishwasher where a really big help. We come to Beadnell each year and this is the best property we have stayed at. We are looking to book again for next year as we liked it so much.
  : It would have been great if the property had a bbq as the outside sitting area is lovely.

  : Location was very good, easy parking
  : Only issue we had was it was a bit chilly on some nights, heating did not automatically come on, we lit the open fire on 4 occasions. If we had contacted the owner I am sure she would have adjusted the heating for us.

  : Beadnell village was a lovely place, very quiet with good local facilities and it was right by a lovely sandy beach with very clean sea.Dune View cottage was a lovely place to stay, very comfortable with great accommodation, plenty of space for a family(we were just a couple)and well equipped for meal preparation.
  : Honestly there was nothing to dislike.Occasionally when walking along the road towards the village shop there was a slight smell, which smelt like the drains.
