  : Standard double room small and very dark. View out the back of the hotel, noisy with drinkers, and bottle bank/bin unloading.

  : Checkin was very impersonal. Disappointed to be told the room is only serviced every other day, despite paying over £200 per night! Public areas in need of a good hoover, carpets were clearly dirty, and stayed that way throughout our stay. Our room was clean although small. Bathroom had quality fixtures, but absolutely nowhere to place toiletries, so ended up on the floor. Bizarrely bath taps ran luke warm, but shower and basin were hot! Sign in room advised to run for over 5 mins which we more than exceeded, but still a cool bath. No residents bar open after 10pm on our last night, but was told to order room service if we wanted. 2 night stay cost £428, lack of cleaning/no servicing of room and no residents bar= a disappointing stay

  : This was meant to be a double bed but was two singles pushed together - it was a very uncomfortable nights sleep
