  : Nice outdoor area. Breakfast OK. Pool area fine.
  : Staff needs better training. Receptionist OK, but was uncertain and needs a better service (more smiling) attitude. Waitress needs basic training. Menu far from exciting. Recommend use of uniforms in restaurant. Rooms seems a bit outdated and had an unfresh smell. We liked the wine tour, but the tasting was not so good as we got wine with cork taste.

  : The property has beautiful surroundings, there are a lot of activities to do (although we didn't do much), the pool is nice (both adult and kids' pool). The spa has an indoor pool that anyone can use as long as they book the time and use a swimming cap and that is good for off season stays when weather can be nos so pleasant outside. The club for the kids seemed quite dynamic, although my kids just wanted to stay around the pool. The little farm area is great for kids, and the feeding the animal's is a great moment for kids to be closer to them. There are some activities that are payed and looked great, however we only stayed for 2 days and were so tired that we just enjoyed the central area. Restaurant has plenty options for lunch, including kids menu, and for dinner although we have to book in advance the time for us to seat in, it was well organised and even when a lot of guests were in the room, there was always plenty food and all very tasty.
  : The room cleaning staff did the best they could, but there was one day we ended not having the room cleaned since it was 18:00 and they haven't been there. Perhaps they were a bit understaffed at the moment. We enjoyed everything, however one small thing was not as we expected. The rooms all have a small terrace where a couple of chairs and a table (or even only the chairs) would make a great asset. We felt the need to have a place to seat on the terrace and enjoy the tranquility of the place. We could see why some people would pull the room (large and heavy) chairs outside, but that could be easily solved and it is a pitty. Other thing is that for a property with 80 rooms (at least that is whats advertised) the pool area seems small if during the summer they ever get full booked. There are not many options for guests to seat and relax, and chairs/table in rooms' terrace would solve a bit this possible issue. Other than that everything was great!

  : It's a great place to go with children, there was time for everything, landscape is beautiful, facilities are absolutely great and staff very friendly and helpful. I truly have a nice time with my son and managed to also relax.
  : Overall great experience and really nothing to point out but to even make the experience nicer, would definitely be nice to have a kettle in the room for some tea and coffee and an anti slip in the bathtub

  : The pool is amazing for the kids and adults. We enjoyed every bit. There is activities during the day for the kids and also at night suring the weekends. It was a great experience.
  : The only issue was that the pools couls be more clean..specially from one day to the other we wouls expect to see a cleaner pool.
