: The hotel is really luxurious. It is very beautiful inside and we had everything necessary in our room. The range of food was very good indeed and everything was very delicious. There was a nice aquapark, two outside and one inside pool, sauna, steam room and salt room - all included in price. The sea was not far away although it was still too cold to swim.
: The real problem of the hotel is staff at the reception. Most of them (including senior manager) were absolutely unhelpful. Although they do speak good English they just couldn't solve the simplest problem, nor could they explain why it couldn't be solved. They kept giving us stupid excuses probably hoping that we will give up soon and go away. At first we wanted to prolong our stay but decided against it as it looked like that we are not welcome there at all and they want to get rid of us ASAP. However I should mention that not all staff was unhelpful and useless. Aladdin and Slava at spa center were very nice and waiters at the restaurant and maids did very good job. Wi-fi was not good at all.

: The spa was nice, activities were nice, not directly on the beach but it has access by crossing the road and going through a tunnel.
: Food was ample but not up to a 5 star hotel, met some nice but some rude staff, as well .only one key is granted per room which I didnt like.

: Nothing was there that makes me feel comfortable in this hotel. It's a real disaster. They didn't even had a good breakfast and bread at morning time. They had a bread in plastic in a country which have the best bread.
: The personal are not friendly and they take your food after closing the restaurant even if you're not finished with your food. I wanted to finish my soup and they took it away...
