  : The location, although noisy at night was so close to everything. We stayed in room 1 (Disability access)which had a spare bed to put our luggage on.
  : The bathroom was very big, however the toilet took so long to fill up therefore causing a bit of an issue. No toilet lid either. It was reported and put down to water pressure. Nothing was done about it. Bathroom stayed damp, so therefore had a musty smell and towels could not dry. Disability rails were a hideous bright blue and coming away from the walls in some areas.

  : - The hotel is pretty central, within walking distance to everything. There are some restaurants and pubs and supermarkets nearby. Bus stop for the city airport was 5 mins away, and meeting point for my tour was 10 mins away. - the hotel in general and room are nice and clean.- bed was comfortable. Room was warm after turning on the heater. - despite being next to pubs and restaurants, it was very quiet, i was not disturbed by the noise and smell- staff was helpful.
  : - 24 hr reception, but only 1 receptionist at a time. When i arrived, i rang the bell but noone was there and i and another guest had to wait for 10 mins in the cold. - the window in the first room i was given cant be closed and very noisy because of the air conditioners outside. But the receptionist moved me to another room quickly. - on my second day, my pass did not work. But didnt have to wait too long to be resolved. - the sink in the bathroom was draining very slowly.- no tea / coffee in the room, but probably this is what to expect for this price?
