  : - The house is large, rooms are very large also. - The place is great, on the lake shore, with the lawn going to the lake. The privacy is excellent. - The house is located near the center of Cadrezzate, 5 min walking distance. - The environment is very quiet. Heating system is excellent. - Beds are wide and comfortable. Bedsheets are very clean. - Kitchen is fully equipped, with lots of silverware and cookware. Oven and hotplates are excellent.
  : - The main gate can be opened only by a strong people, my wife was unable to open it! - It has been impossible to use the toilets in the main bathroom, because the water flows continuously for 2 to 3 hours before stopping. Not only it's noisy, but it's a pure waste of water. - The shower in the small bathroom falls in pieces. The shower head is broken, and it makes terribly difficult to take a shower. We had to use it anyway, for taking a shower in the bathtub of the main bathroom is impossible without a shower curtain. - The sliding door in the small bathroom doesn't move. I didn't dare to move it for I was afraid to break it. - The quilts (or duvets) in the bedrooms are very dirty. And there is no quilt cover tu put on it. - Some of the living room doors are very difficult to close. - The shutters also are very difficult to close or open without breaking it. They scrape on the ground. - The electricity outlets are on the old standard (L type, 4 mm) instead of European standard (5 mm), and there is only one adapter.
