  : The only positive aspect was the location and the fact that it was spacious.
  : First of all, I would like to start with the arrangements - the main reason to book this one was the fact that there is a parking spot we can use. I have asked explicitly for that, as it was pointed in the description that you should save it in advance. There were several discussions with the property about that, and they made me sure that the spot is saved.Unfortunately, once we arrived it turned out that there is no parking spot, because the owner is using it no matter the promises and discussions we had. So we were more or less forced to park in the city mall’s parking for which we payed 30 euro for 20 hours stay. Here it is important to mention that it was hard to pay this one as well, as they had to calculate in a very strange way our hours - it turned out that if you are there between different days (not in one calendar day only) you cannot pay on the machine.Another important detail is the fact that their reception is 4-5 blocks away (next to the city mall and the parking I described above), so around 10 mins by foot - imagine if you have to go with your luggage from there to the apartment. Have in mind that it is close to impossible to park you car around the apartment as it is a zone and usually full. Now to the apartment itself - the building seem very old, it is not clean at all, the apartments are on the first floor. You have to pass through 3 doors with a little tag they give you. It was extremely hard to close all doors, even for a man.The apartment was dirty, definitely obvious that they do not take care of it. There was blood on the bed sheets, the sinks were very dirty, the cabin in the bathroom was broken, everything was black around the corners, hair on the floor, etc. I would definitely restrain from booking this one!

  : Good and comfortable place, a lot of space, located in a perfect spot.
  : It would be good if hosts informed guests where they are planning to meet. We had to go to the office and because of mixed communications.

  : Easy access to this modern apartment in a great location and good balcony. Quiet and had all necessary equipment with a very fast induction stove top.
  : Very slow, intermittent wifi. Air con was in the main room so the bedroom was very hot. A fan in the bedroom would help circulate the air better.

  : Check in is not in accomodation...it is 10 minutes walk from it.Entrance door were very heavy to open or to close...need to be repaired...In the bathroom were no shampoo or any staff for shower.Faucet in bathroom not working well.No water, coffee or tea in appartment.No parking for the car.
