: Quite clean and not so far (~15 mins by foot) from the touristic neighborhoods.
: Our room was on the top floor. We had to climb 2 flights of stairs in addition to an elevator ride, which was a hassle.

: Location is great, staff is very polite, the facilities are spacious, pretty clean, there is free parking for guests. They offered a free room upgrade.
: The was a very bad smell in the room that they said will be resolved. When we entered the room, the windows were open, so we couldn't sense it, but it didn't really disappear completely during the whole stay. The mini bar service was entering each day to check, although we confirmed we didn't need or used anything from the mini bar. The phone wasn't working and although they were coming and leaving during a practically whole day, and they didn't fix it. It wasn't even important to fix it and we said that, but they insisted, which made our stay that day a bit uncomfortable. Some service even entered the room with us inside, although we didn't open the door, because we wanted to take a rest.

: Noisy street near the market, a lots of smokers in the hotel, the air is full of cigarettes in the room, therefore we have to use the air-conditioning.
