  : Top notch facilities and brilliant service.
  : The rooms did not have air conditioning. Opening the balcony door did help, but then there was the noise of birds, etc. making it harder to sleep. Beds were not made and towels switched every day, but I only stayed for two nights, so I don't know how often replace them.

  : its not a hotel with a reception its pretty much like a family business.No elevator,no wheelchair friendly.The breakfast is limited,you have to choose a la carte.The blanket was not for two people,it was for one onlyWe couldn't charge our phones ,only in the bathroom or next to the wardrobe was possible

  : I liked that the hotel was very quiet. The restaurant provided excellent food for the evening meal, and the cafe offered an excellent selection of foods for breakfast, The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were really helpful and accomodating,
  : The shower in the bathroom - I ended up flooding the bathroom floor every day despite my best efforts not to. The quietness of the hotel was also a little odd when you needed to find someone to talk to - I couldn't find a reception desk/ point to find people.

  : They stop reply when you have some issues.. They ask you to pay a huge damage deposit to their bank account and some people wrote the hotel never send them deposit back. In terms they said to notify them immediately if you was not notified by booking.com about deposit and you can't pay it. But even if you contact within an hour after you've ordered property, you never get back money paid for property.
  : When I think about my experience with the hotel, it looks like they found a legal way to steal clients money but no service is provided. The hotel created the legal fraud booking conditions for clients whose want urgent accommodation that leads to lose money. So you can't blame them about fraud because when booking you saw there is no refund. But on the other hand you can't meet their damage deposit rules you are notified about after booking. And hotel stops reply when see you can't pay deposit.
