  : recently had the pleasure of staying for a short getaway, and I can't say enough about how wonderful the experience was. the room was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. In terms of location, it couldn't have been better situated. It was conveniently located near major attractions, making it easy to explore the city's highlights on foot or by public transport.

  : Did not have an opportunity to stay at the property because an owner canceled our stay less than 24h prior our arrival. Completely ruined our months ahead planed and booked stay.
  : Owner lack of professionalism, complete absence of hospitality, communication full of threats and lies. After canceling our confirmed booking less than 24h prior to our arrival owner tried to persuade me to cancel the booking myself telling me that if I dont do it a full amount will be debited from my card. Insensitive to the fact their actions ruins our vacation we were left without accommodation less then 24h before our arrival.

  : Location was great, the facilities has really great terrace, and the apartment is spacious and really tastefully furnished.
  : The wi fi signal can be better, for example, when you are on terrace, there is no wifi signal.

  : The view of the Danube from the room was very nice. Communication with the staff over WhatsUp was good, which was vital as the place is basically humanless and there's no one on duty.
  : This is a very basic accomodation option, which would only be recommended if you want to save money (although, frankly, I'm not sure how it compares with other options in Belgrade). The location is far away from the main sights, and you have to walk for about 10 minutes to get on a bus bound for the city center.

  : NOTHING! HORRIBLE! WORST ROOM OF MY TRAVEL AT BELGRADE! DANGER! Believe me, as a frequent traveler who has explored the world and stayed in countless establishments, my stay in this dismal establishment was the most terrifying of all my experiences. Firstly, communication was nonexistent: upon my arrival (due to a 2-hour flight delay), the intercom was not working. I stood there, in front of the door, in the darkness, with no one to greet me. I knocked on the door repeatedly, in vain. I was forced to wait for over an hour, in the middle of the night, feeling anxious, awaiting the arrival of someone willing to open the door. Then, the horror continued the next morning. The establishment evicted us without any consideration, having shamelessly stolen our personal belongings. We had paid for a 3-night stay, but only 1 was honored (in dismal conditions). Even worse, our valuable items (jewelry and multimedia devices) worth 600 (or 70380 RSD) were stolen from our suitcases during our absence, then left outside the room with no protection. The establishment also made absurd accusations against us, claiming that we had used drugs (which was a complete fabrication) simply because they found a syringe (used for refilling my e-cigarette). Since when is vaping equated with a criminal act? The owner seems completely disconnected from reality, utterly retrograde, and unresponsive to their guests... even in the presence of law enforcement (who were there to confirm that no drugs were present with us). In fact, to demonstrate our good faith, we even went to the hospital for a medical analysis at a medical laboratory to prove that we had not consumed any drugs, accompanied by the police... yet, the owner refused to listen. The owner invents their own laws and does not respect Serbian laws, even in the presence of law enforcement (the police did not bother us further when they realized the test was negative and the establishment was making baseless claims).
  : Villa Tower Gardos turned my stay in Belgrade into an absolute nightmare. In summary, URGENTLY AVOID (+600 - or 70380 RSD - was stolen in our absence of few hours. 1) THEFT OF OUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS (the establishment does not hesitate to search guests' luggage without prior consent): branded watch, necklace, iPhone charger... 2) UNHONORED AND UNREFUNDED NIGHTS (the cash payment left us with no recourse through Booking.com), 3) WiFi DID NOT WORK 4) NO HOSPITALITY (the owner of this establishment takes perverse pleasure in publicly humiliating us), 5) NO FRIENDLINESS FROM THE ESTABLISHMENT, 6) EXTREME MALICE AND FALSE ACCUSATIONS (the establishment unjustly accused us of using drugs, a completely fabricated and baseless accusation). Since when has vaping become illegal? The owner seems to live in a parallel world, completely disconnected from reality, utterly retrograde, and entirely indifferent to the needs of their guests... Fortunately, it is important to note that this incident is an isolated case. I had the opportunity to discover other establishments in Serbia where the welcome was warm, caring, and professional. The problem clearly lies in the complete lack of education and professionalism at Villa Tower Gardos. I sincerely hope that my review can dissuade you from making a grave mistake by booking a night in this establishment that resembles hell on Earth. Spend your money elsewhere, and above all, take care of yourself.
