  : The bathroom was clean.
  : Immediately driving into the parking lot, we felt uneasy. There were signs noting theft is not their problem, and the area was VERY SKETCHY. The spa looked like it was uprooted, and there was a fiesta house directly next to it. They were playing music very late into the night. We were very tired and that wasn’t helping. Walking up to our room, the carpet was full of stains that it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in decades. It looked like a hotel from a horror movie. What stains were they? No clue. The carpet was supposed to be yellow and it was brown and black and falling off. The inside was pretty nice, but we were still uneasy because we heard sirens all night, and everything else was not good. We eventually slept and quickly left early in the morning. We were too afraid to try their food that was not packaged for breakfast.

  : When I checked into my room and got to my room, I checked around the room and there was thick long hairs on the bed sheets and used condoms in the trash can that weren’t even taken out but cleaning ladies said they made sure to clean and that it was the first room they cleaned. When I talked to the front desk instead of apologizing and saying someone will be on their way all they said was “well we don’t have any other rooms” and I had to ask for the cleaning ladies myself.

  : Looks like the rooms are getting updated but still have furniture that is old and torn up
  : Hallways look horrible carpets are stained black and all the doors to come into hotel have key card access yet they leave them open all night! Even though I stayed at the hotel using 1 app I’m still getting charged off a different app and hotel would not refund me!!
