  : they never cleaned the rooms on the first day, and the air conditioner was so loud on my brotherinlaws room that they coudn't sleep. there was no breakfast

  : When I booked the room the first girl didn’t check me incorrectly so someone else try to check in my room while I was sleeping , Because of them trying to get in my room my key didn’t work on my door so I was locked out of my room when I left to go get something to eat , Had to get another key only to wake up the next day with the manager beating on my window and door as if I didn’t pay for my room or treating me as if I broke into the room , All because the front desk girls didn’t know how to book me into the hotel properly .

  : There were gnats all over my room. It took me an hour to go to sleep because I kept having to swat gnats away from me. There were probably 15-20 flying all around my bed.

  : It was a pretty good location for things we were doing in the area.
  : We walked into the room and it smelled like smoke (nonsmoking room) and pinesol. Then my husband moved the phone and found cigarette ashes under it. NOT CLEANED WELL. :(

  : Staff attitude, smoke smell in my non smoking room. Heat was broken, very hot all night and staff attitude. Yes I said that 2x, it was just terrible

  : Was given the wrong room, midnight someone pounds on door as though it was his room. Not supposed to be our room. Power went out 10 pm so no lights or AIR CONDITIONER!! Very warm that night.
