  : Quiet, private, clean, parking on site, very nice complimentary self-serve breakfast and large selection of wines for purchase. Enrico was extremely helpful and responsive.
  : not walking distance to many restaurants/shops, the bed was very firm (but some may prefer that!)

  : The appartment feels like home. Enough space for our family (2 adults and 3 teenagers). Nice breakfast, which we can prepare ourselves, with DELICIOUS Italian coffee!!! There is an ice cube maker, which is fantastic for these hot summer days (its end of July now). Enrico is very friendly. He proactively shared info on good, nearby hiking locations. Hes also very kind. My daughter loves banana yogurt for breakfast and he kindly made sure that theres enough banana yogurt for her. Loved our stay here!
  : The water pressure of the shower is very low. Taking a quick shower was not an option and washing hair took a long time.

  : The host was very personable and welcoming. The property was absolutely beautiful and the room was extremely cute and cozy.
  : There was an issue with the shower clogging and water flowing out onto the floor (a lot of water). So we had to turn the water off at various points during our showers to avoid this happening during our stay. However, the host was extremely apologetic about this and seemed sincere in his response. So hopefully, he will have this fixed so that it will not occur to guests in the future.

  : Its easy to feel at home here.. a wonderful structure and town filled with lovely people. Evenings in the garden are just lovely with the owner and other guests/friends.

  : - Friendly owners who greeted us on arrival - There is a bar walking distance, and the main town of Belluno is only a 7 minute drive - Lots of parking space (hosts offered to park our bikes in their garage) - Very good breakfast - Excellent value - Amazing views
  : - Room was a little unclean - Shared bathroom - Booking.com description made it sound as though we had a 3-bedroom apartment. Reality was 2 separate bedrooms with a shared bathroom which is within a guest house.

  : Host was very nice. Very helped and solved all issues in a fast manner.
  : We travelled with 2 dogs , we should have been informed that one of the rooms had carpet. A mop should have been provided to clean after dogs. The bathroom was always wet as there was no shower curtain. The lighting in the is the room with the carpet was much less only night stand lights and leds behind the bed.
