Disappointing

  : Pancake batter was empty at 8:30, apple juice was out of order, regular coffee dispenser empty, decaf was about 1/4 of the way full but cold. Looked for someone two different times to see if we could get any of those items filled but everyone was sitting on the tables in a meeting room eating and talking. Maid on our floor was watching TV and eating a plate of bacon when I walked by. Guess it's hard to get good help! But food selection would have been great if it was actually filled. Bedding and pillows were great.
  : Reserved handicap accessible room and bed was way too high to get from wheelchair to bed. Also could not wheel under the sink in the bathroom. Light didn't work in foyer and switch for blinds was missing. The blinds were rolled up by hand and wedged in sideways to keep it up. Bed was extremely firm, not a good night!
