Communication with agents.We had pre agreed early check in with agents when originally booked and was then notified less than 24hrs before we arrived that this would not be possible.The agent rep who met us had never seen the apartment before, tried to get into wrong block, couldnt wait to get away and didnt show us anything.she also had trouble with the keys to main gate and apartment block entrance.once she left the keys to the main entrance and block entrance didnt work for us and we were stuck outside.they sent a maintenance man with replacement keys which had the same issue.we tried to speak with the agents manager (Inma) who told us to come to their offices, when we arrived she had already left for the day. Her messages via Whats App advising other residents had the same issue and that it was the apartment locks not their keys was not helpful and a sign that they knew their was an issue before our arrival.After several attempts to access the block to the apartment we were reliant on other residents (passing by) to grant us access which was not acceptable and could have meant us being locked out.Not a great experience and one we were not prepared to sacrifice our holiday for after waiting 3 years.We therefore only stayed 1 night instead of the booked and paid for 8 nights.Therefore I cant comment much on apartment as didnt stay long enough to try all the facilities.2. whilst fixed umbrellas I noticed no sun loungers around the pool area
