  : Though not ready on time, we were sent a text when the room was ready, about 30 minutes late and we were provided with two sets of keys and a pool key (though we never found or used the pool so can't comment). We were sent a text about leaving the keys when we departed and the deposit "block" was removed promptly. The apartment beds were comfortable. The shower itself was hot but points at the sides of the cubicle so had to be hand-held to be useful but did the job. Plenty of hot water. The washing machine has a 14 minute cycle and there are 3 rope lines, outside the window and pegs for drying (just don't drop anything). The location may be bad for noise but it is very close to two nearby supermarkets (DialPrix and Mas y Mas) and there are plenty of shops and bars nearby. The main "strip" is a few streets away, handy for the shows, entertainment and a full English breakfast (John&Joseph's) and not far to walk. There are two lifts which are reasonably quick, if old-fashioned with doors. No security issues. There is Sky and various Spanish channels on a small TV but we didn't really use it. Sea view, technically, through the gaps.
  : The room was not ready on time, due to previous occupants not vacating though that was beyond the control of the landlord. Photos were sent, in advance, of the reception office but we still couldn't find it and Google Maps are hopeless. I would check the location, on Google before going because while, in hindsight, it's not that hard to find, we just ended up going all around the houses to get there (just down from DialPrix which is under the apartment). The apartment itself was disappointingly shabby (we've had two immaculate apartments in Benidorm earlier this year). The cleaning was not the best and the chairs and units had seen far better days, most being chipped/repaired and the chipboard on the units was expanded from prior leaks (not surprising as the fridge has to be left open, on departure and leaks everywhere). The fridge has an interference catch that was broken so it often didn't shut properly. The kettle had seen better days and the toaster was a bit grotty. The fridge light had gone, the bathroom wall light didn't work, meaning the bathroom was not well lit and the ceiling paint was badly blistered. No air con but the pedestal fan was on its last legs though we did get an additional fan when we requested it but needed both fans. Storage space is very limited with some hangers and some small shelves and drawers. The location of the apartment is above a few bars and the main ventilation for the apartment is by opening the main front windows then, apart from the noise and general bustle, you tend to get odours and the smell of cigarette smoke wafting up. You need to close the windows to keep some of the noise out at night but the blackout curtains are effective. On the weekend, the hotel behind had a very loud female on the mic who needs to turn it down a lot. Benidorm is noisy but she was excessive. If you want quiet, you need the Old Town. We were given a key to a pool and a map how to get there but we didn't bother.

  : NO GAS FOR THE COOKING STOVE HEATING DID NOT WORK BECAUSE EMPTY GAS TANK ELECTRIC WENT OFF EVERY TIME I BOIL THE KETTLE AND SOMETIMES FOR NO REASON SHOWER WAS LEAKING FROM UPSTAIRS APARTMENT
