: Booking staff in benidorm were very helpful and manager there came to the apartment twice to sort out the problems.
: Several things were not working. Microwave was broken. Fan broken. Headboard fell off. Bedroom light continuously flicking on and off. Had to go to the booking office three times to sort out. Also ended up paying £15 extra for the 10 day stay than I expected. This was because the exchange rate was sorted by the apartment owners. Ie price listed on booking. .com was £501 but overall cost 516 on credit card. Also the owners should install a good wifi system for their guests.

: There is no wifi in the apartment, there wasn't any piece of soap ( wouldn't cost too much) , the sofa in the living room is not in good condition.

: Apartment was great however Benidorm Booking were an absolute nightmare. Refused to refund our £180 deposit due to a ripped pillow and a chair which was broken upon arrival. Thankfully we had a family member that lives in Benidorm or else I do not believe we would have received any of our money back

: The views, away from too much noise. Clean and nicely decorated apartment.
: Even 15 floors up there was still noise from garbage trucks etc, but not the owners fault and was only one day. In the apartment there should really be some hanging space. No wardrobes for that were present. Benidorm has two beaches and this was where most of the foreign holidaymakers go along (levante) with their British bars and restaurants. I personally prefer more local places, as you can find on the other beach (poniente).
