  : The WORST and MOST HORRIBLE hotel experience in Benidorm ever. WHERE IS THE INSPECTION??? When we entered the room the first day there were several broken and dirty things. The chair on the balcony was broken, the shower head holder was broken and dirty, and the shower stall doors were broken and dirty. When showering, all the water flowed out of the shower stall and ended up all over the bathroom floor. In addition, there was a lot of dust in the room. Moreover, the air conditioner was leaking water on the floor and on the wardrobe that was placed below the air conditioner. As the wardrobe was broken from the humidity of the leaking water by the air conditioner my clothes became wet in the wardrobe. There were several ants on the ground running around. This room was disgusting. We asked the receptionist several times to change the room, but they told us it would not be possible to change the room and they totally ignored me. The hotel was not even fully booked. When booking.com contacted the hotel regarding this matter, the hotel was lying to booking.com that I never had requested to change the room. Really!!! Such a lie! No one will accept to stay in a room like this one. I asked even to talk to the owner, but impossible. The receptionist can not even call the owners only communicate with them on WhatsApp chat. Why are the owners hiding? What is going on? There is something very strange about this hotel! I even approached the housekeeping ladies to tell them to clean the room properly, and they were not even capable to do it. This hotel is a real disaster. And how is it possible that Booking.com even allows to have this hotel on their website? In brief, if you don't want to have headache during your stay in Benidorm just choose another hotel. There so many hotel options in Benidorm for the same price.
