WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 1.25 per person per stay when using an available cot.
People 3 years old and over stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Please inform El Atarceder-6 - sea view villa with private pool in Benissa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 600 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Opening times in summer 01.04.-31.10:
Monday to Friday 10.00-13.00 and 17.00-19.00 h
Saturday 10.00-19.00 h

Winter opening times 01.11.-31.03:
Monday to Friday 10.00-13.00 h
Or by confirmed arrangement if different time is necessary

- Animals 40 € per animal and week (only possible if animals are allowed in the villa)
- Highchair 25 € per week
- Electric fans 10 € per piece and week

Please note that parties are not allowed at the property.
