WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 15 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Please inform Holiday Villa Rosa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance.

After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions.

You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport.

Out of the office shift, Sundays and public Holidays, key collection will be done in: Gasolinera REPSOL 24/7, L'Esport 2, 03710, Calpe.

The pending amount should be pay at the following working day in the office.
