  : + handy location, 5- 10 mins walk to beach, tavernas and shops + Biggest bonus to us was on the way there is a place called ARGO which is open to visitors to use their swimming pool and sunbeds as long as use their bar or order snacks (all reasonable price) - open from 9 am to 6pm so in our 7 day stay at Skevoulis Studios we spent a few afternoons here on our return from elsewhere + very friendly hosts - offered to pick us up and drop us back to the bus stop with our luggage + clean and tidy + air con AND fan - useful for hot summer days + kitchenette with coooking & fridge - useful for breakfasts/light meals + patio with hanging rack & pegs- also useful
  : - As at June 2023 Google Maps doesnt show you the walk ways to locate the property so we asked locals en route. On arrival, the very friendly host said we should have called and he would have picked us up This is a very kind gesture so we recommend he sends those instructions to future guests BEFORE their arrival - As a 70 year old I didnt like the daily uphill walk, especially in 32C heat and sometimes 2-3 times a day, so next time we will look for level access - Shower is small, with plastic screen. This is quite common in Greece and often means water escapes onto the bathroom floor - Double bed not a Queen (or King) so smaller than we are used to. Do not be put off by these -ve comments though as they are provided as a balanced view and we still recommend Skevoulis Studios to younger/fitter guests

  : The owner met us to show us the way to the apartment. Apartment was large and well equipped and only 5 minutes walk to lovely tavernas. The apartment was cleaned and towels and bedding changed every 2 days. Slightly uphill for anyone with walking difficulties but fine for us. And received a present of Corfiot sweets upon leaving.

  : The location was super! Everything was very near, just a 5 min. walk to the beach and to the center. The room was simple and tidy. The host was amazing! super helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay there and would like to come back!

  : The host Niko and his wife Katerina are superb hosts. Niko met us and helped with getting the luggage to the property (it is quite a steep road to get there). The rooms were cleaned daily and the property is really well taken care of! Niko was kind to help us go to the bus station when we moved out (we traveled with a small 1yo baby). These people are really nice!

  : The studio's location is very good. It's in a quiet neighbourhood in Benitses, 5 minutes walk away from the beach, restaurants, bars, and cafes of the area. Corfu centre is a 25-minute drive away. The owner was very polite. Also the price is very good considering the location, and the prices of other properties in the area and how quiet it is. Our beds were made daily for the three days that we stayed there. Also, on the plus side, good air-conditioning and fridge.
  : As soon as we arrived, we checked the bed sheets, and there were hairs and stains on both beds. We requested our bed sheets to be changed, but there were stains on the new set of sheets, too, although they seemed to be washed. The bathroom facilities were dated, and the shower basin was cracked. Also, the studio is in need of a good renovation. There were a lot of mosquitoes and spiders in the studio, because, although there are mosquito nets on the windows, when the cleaning lady comes in to make the beds she leaves the door open and in come the insects.
