: - Far from the known cities of Ukraine but worth the visit - They charge extra for soft drinks - Some pools have brownish layers. not sure if it is because of the minerals in the water or poor hygiene

: Convenience. Having all-day access to the pools was excellent. Also, the food was superb. This is the best food for an all-inclusive place I have ever had (and I have been to a dozen all-inclusive places).
: At check-in, they didn't accept my VISA credit card. Only debit cards. This cost me $46 in additional fees. The room was either too hot or too cold. We had no ability to regulate the room temperature. As a result, sleeping at night we were either sweating or freezing with no middle ground. Very uncomfortable. Even though it was all-inclusive, we still got charged for ice cream, juices and water. Meal times had unusually late serving times. Breakfast didn't start until 0730. Lunch started at 1330 and dinner was 1830. I had to snack on our food that we smuggled in during the day to keep from starving. The last two nights of our stay was disrupted by a couple of drunken families with kids running around at midnight up and down the corridor outside our room. The first night we ended up calling security. The second night, I had to get hostile to the wives and they shut it down after that.
