  : I had to cancel my trip as I was not up to the trip after surgery. I called the hotel and booking.com to cancel and get a refund four days prior and the hotel charged me $99. to cancel. Booking.com contacted them to waive the charge but never received a reply. As of this morning, I have not received a reply from the hotel as well.

  : I think I was overcharged. I see one price written down on my check-in card but a higher price was charged to my debit card.

  : It was infested with bed bugs.

  : There was no breakfast and I have bedbugs ans broke out in a rash all Over my body they refused to refund my money or get me a new room. There was animal waste in the Corner of the room. The floor was damp filthy and sticky it made my feet and socks black. The bed and sheets had not been washed and 2 of the chairs had what appeared to be the left over markings of and man and women enjoying each other. I tryed to contact booking.com and have gotten nowhere please help me contact who I need to for me to get a refund we left after one evening and we booked the whole weekend as it was memorial day.

  : Tv didn’t work ac didn’t work very dirty staff couldn’t fix the tv no refrigerator nothing but a bunch of undesirable people in and out

  : I went there to check in for 2 minutes then arrived at 2am to sleep when I got there I tried to use the rest room and the toilet was clogged I told the service desk and they gave me a snake and told me to unclog it my self I'm not a plumber so I had to sleep in the room with out using the bathroom for the whole night they send a maintenance guy there the nest day when I was supposed to check out bad service
