  : My laptop, iPad and kindle was stolen from my room. The worse part was that the hotel staff didn’t care and was no help. It took me long time negotiating to persuade them to move me into different room and at the end the room was worse than my previous one. I have asked for the room security report which was not provided. From the hotel side there was no try to compensate.

  : The housekeeping is not good and it seems they didn't hoover the room at all as some areas where left uncleaned. They did not change the towel for the whole duration of my stay (4 days - 3 nights).Also, they forgot to put the feet towel in the bathroom one time and the body cream was always missed.Another day, they did not supply any tea, or coffee or sugar !!The windows look like they were not cleaned for months !There is a leakage through the shower glass door and the infrastructure need to be reworked. After every shower, the floor is fully wet and that is dangerous.The staff at the reception are not skilled except Ahmad and Mohamed who were helpful in several situations (especially Ahmad when I requested to change the room and he allowed an upgrade with early check-in and also, when I requested a taxi and it arrived in 2 minutes, that was amazing !!)On another hand, I requested the refund of the breakfast on the last day because I had to leave early and the Chinese receptionist was not helpful at all and she kept telling me :"We don't do that !" and I spent about half an hour on the phone with booking.com customer service and I informed the same lady next day, but apparently, she does not understand and is not willing to learn as she kept repeating :"We don't do that". I suggest that you choose your front desk carefully as this is the image of the hotelUp to now (4 days now), I am awaiting the confirmation from the hotel to get refunded. They only need to respond to email sent by booking.com to confirm the refund and they did not do. I find out that the breakfast costs 28 € and the value of what I get does not really worth it (bread selection is limited, no cakes for examples, the hot food options are limited, no mushroom, no potatoes, no meat alternatives...). I can have a better breakfast at the shop in the corner for less than 28 €

  : The hotel looked good and the personnel was nice and friendly
  : They promoted a gym that didn't exist. The room for luxury was very small.The lobby was always devoided of people so it didn't really invite you to spend the evening downstairs

  : Lovely hotel, close to trains and shops.
  : No English channels on tv plus the park across the road is pretty bad the smell from homeless people doing there business there not good. But don't think the hotel can do anything about that.
