  : Great location in Prenzlauerberg, walkable to Berlin Mitte. Fabulous courtyard, comfy beds, well-organized set-up.

  : Room was spacious and well lit. Centrally located if you are travelling in the Prenzlauer Berg area. Comfortable bed.
  : The audio system does not accept Bluetooth and is therefore completely useless to most people. Adding a simple bluetooth dongle to allow people to connect would be super helpful. There is no cleaning taking place for the entire duration of the stay which is really poor. They don't even replace the water or take out the trash from the time you check in to the time you check out.

  : Apartment was in a really nice location, and the communication through the whatsapp really efficient and the answering speed really fast. The apartment had everything youd need in a short stay. The building had also an elevator.
  : The other bed was too hard and the pillows quite uncomfortable. The family suite wasnt very well suited for a small child as there were quite steep stairs in the apartment. Also the outer door of the apartment was very heavy and I got bruised a couple of times because of it. The other tv wasnt connected properly and showed only channel number 1. It was also quite hot in the apartment. One thing we found a bit odd: it said to open the windows for ventilation if you cook or otherwise you risk 2500 euros payment if the fire alarm would go off and the fire brigade would have to come. Of course wed open the window but it would also be a good idea to have an exhaust fan there in the kitchen (now there was none) and it is quite odd if youd have to pay that much in case if you cook there and it would happen to go off.

  : Location was great.Pillows were very comfortable. Outside area was lovely.
  : I asked to possibly use a simple broom to sweep the floor, but was told under the guise of sustainability that rooms are only cleaned after an 8 night stay, otherwise I could pay extra for a full clean. All I wanted to borrow a broom to sweep myself. Consequently we noticed ants (we were in the ground floor, smallest of rooms I believe)We read it as a serviced stay, but again, using a broom would have been extra. Impossible to not get water all over the bathroom floor due to the size of the shower and shower curtain (neither of us are big people) so we used 50% of our towels mopping up the floor. And given we couldn't get fresh ones, this niggled us. Wifi was terrible, it was weak and intermittent. Half the time didn't work in our room at all. I did have a coffee cup break while trying to wash it in the shallow bathroom basin, and they were gracious with that.

  : The location is unbeatable: the M2 train means that bAlexanderplatz is just a few minutes away, while the hotel's location on Belforterstrae is perfect for exploring Prenzlauer Berg. There are many nearny grocery stores, restaurants, cafs, and parks with children's playgrounds. Also, the Numa staff were very quick to respond to WhatsApp messages.
  : The check-in was slightly complicated. You have to do it online and upload photographs of your passport.
