  : Good location, comfortable bed, large bathroom with excellent shower, staff mostly pleasant and helpful. Allowed to check in 3 and a half hours early on arrival day which was extremely helpful and appreciated.
  : Out of the 4 nights, we only asked for our room to be cleaned once, after the third night, by putting a “please make up my room” sign on outside door handle the night before. After coming back from a full day out of the hotel, we saw the room had not been touched. We phoned reception, the lady was extremely apologetic and offered free drinks while they came and sorted the room but we declined this as we just wanted to rest in the room and not be bothered by housekeeping at that time. I did ask for towels and coffee to be set outside the door of the room though. About an hour went by and there was no sign of the towels. We eventually went out for the evening and by time we got back they had been placed in the room. Mentioned the issue again on check out and asked for a 20 euro car parking fee to be waived as compensation. We hadn’t taken the free drinks as we wanted to rest. The man behind the desk didn’t apologise and the response was that coffee was only a complimentary drink supplied initially during the stay and not for the duration of the stay (this wasn’t made clear at the beginning). This ignored the bigger issue for us which was the lack of clean towels and change of bed sheets, and the slow response time when I asked for a change of towels. Rather than “I’m sorry sir, I will of course waive the €20 fee”, the response was “so you don’t want to pay the €20” in a tone which suggested he wasn’t happy about it but he did waive the charge. We walked away feeling like we were an irritation and wrong for daring to ask for compensation for lack of house keeping. Had it not been for this experience, we would have rated the hotel 10/10.

  : There were no options for watching TV in the evening, there were limited TV stations, it would have been great if we could have thrown things to the TV, as sometimes in the evening after a busy day, you just wanted to chill out.

  : Woken up by the extremely noisy construction work nearby at 7am! The hotel room was not adequately sound-proofed.The room itself was very spartan. Unattractive decor. Black mold in shower cubicle.Bed was OK.

  : A spacious, immaculate room with wonderfully comfortable beds.I loved that each room featured a mural from a different country.
  : I was initially concerned because I'd expressly asked for a quiet room and street noise, including traffic, seemed rather heavy when I arrived (I assume the rooms that weren't facing the street had been booked). Nevertheless, things seem to quiet later and I was able to have a good night.
