  : Most of the staff were helpful and were nice to interact with.
  : There were a few things I wish were different. First. I was hoping to get one bigger bed instead of two that were pushed together. Also, the soap in the bathroom was half empty when I got there, and it was not refilled once during my 15-night stay. At one point, there was a small leak from the toilet when you flushed. Luckily, it lasted only one day. The breakfast is quite expensive for what it is. You're better off buying from another place. The shower head was attached at my waist height, even though in the pictured it was seen as adjustable. Had to hold it to my head or kneel down to take a shower. There was also no air-conditioning. Luckily, I stayed during the winter, but I can't imagine how uncomfortable it can be during a heat wave. I also wish the room had come with a kettle. Maybe these things are normal in Europe? But as a guest, I found it quite disappointing. I would not book again at this hotel.

  : The breakfast was great! Location fine, we chose this because we didn't want to stay in the busy centre of Berlin. We did not hear other guests, so that was great!
  : We did not like the cleaning. Under the beds nobody cleaned for a while, it was not cleaned before we got there. There was a bottle cap that wasn't ours. And they did not clean it either when we were there. The room was much too hot, I think 24 C, in January! We complained at the reception. It was dificult to turn off the heater. When we did, it still was too hot. We opened the windos every time we were out. It was hard sleeping in such a hot room.
