  : Great location for us (quiet area). It was a very easy walk to multiple train/subway stations. Near to stores, restaurants, pedestrian areas. Apartment was as described, amenities were sufficient for our stay. Plenty of room for 4 people. The host was great to communicate with.

  : The location was very nice - Charlottenburg. And Luana - our main contact was very nice and helpful. Kitchen well equipped and had everything you needed. Grocery store a block away so convenient. Great restaurants in the area and the public transportation easy to get to. Since we were there for a month having a washer and dryer was good.
  : A bit noisy but to be expected for a ground floor apartment on a busy street. The major downside was the main bedroom faced the courtyard and right outside the window were all the garbage cans. If your window was open people could see right into your bed(room) - and plenty of flies got into the apartment. If you closed the windows for privacy had to use the latter to climb up and open the upper windows. I am 71 and climbing on the latter was awkward and not safe. Also no housekeeping (we paid 7,355 euros and were there for a month) so surprised there was no housekeeping - I guess we were suppose to do all the linen and towels ourselves. Not what I am used to - in fact in Amsterdam now for a month and getting weekly housekeeping. The one cleaning we asked for we were charged 50 euros - which we agreed to.
